My points are not appearing in my account.

  • This issue may occur if your device does not have good cellular service or an alternative internet connection.  Please check your connection and try again.
  • If the issue is still occuring on your device please try logging into your account on an alternative device.  If your points appear when logged in on a new device then your device may be the issue. You can restart your device or delete & then re-install the app and it may fix the problem. If none of these steps works to resolve the issue please contact us for support.
