How do I return merchandise from my online order?
To return an item ordered online, follow the instructions on your invoice and return your product within 30 days of receipt.

I received the wrong product / My product was damaged or defective.
Contact Us by email at jesi@theaftermidnightgroup.com to alert us of the problem. Ship the item back to us and we will refund your shipping cost. Be sure to mark whether you would like a replacement or refund for the item.

What is the shop.theaftermidnightgroup.com return policy?
Gift cards cannot be returned. BBQ Sauce and Cowboy Ketchup cannot be returned. Any other items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund to your credit card. Items cannot be returned after they have been worn and must be in the original condition.

Will I be refunded my shipping cost if I return an item?
We will be happy to refund your shipping cost to the credit card used on the original order if the problem originated with shop.theaftermidnightgroup.com. Issues stemming from problems not related to shop.theaftermidnightgroup.com will not have shipping costs refunded.
